Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with Color Your Soul Whole. We’re honored to work alongside businesses that share our mission to make creative healing and trauma recovery resources more accessible to everyone.

By purchasing from us at wholesale pricing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

​

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to retail stores, counseling centers, wellness studios, boutiques, and other professional businesses interested in reselling our books and creative healing resources. We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at our discretion.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

The minimum opening order for wholesale partners is 20 Books.

Reorders may be placed in quantities of [insert reorder minimum, e.g., 5 books] or more.

Orders must be prepaid before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Pricing & Payment

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale partners.

Suggested Retail Price (SRP) for journal books is $30 USD and for workbooks is $15 USD.

Wholesale discounts typically range between 35–40% off retail, depending on quantity and partnership type.

Payment must be made in full prior to shipment unless otherwise specified in an approved agreement.

We accept payment via major credit card, PayPal, or invoice (for returning partners).

4. Resale & Pricing Policy

All books and creative materials must be sold at or above our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) of $30 unless a temporary sale is pre-approved in writing.

Products may not be resold through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar online marketplaces without express written consent.

You may sell products in your physical store, your business website, or other approved retail platforms.

5. Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks after payment.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer unless otherwise stated in a promotion or agreement.

Any damage claims must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order, with photos of the packaging and product included.

​

6. Returns & Exchanges

All wholesale orders are final sale.

We only accept returns for defective or damaged products reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Replacement items will be sent at no additional cost after verification.

7. Display & Representation

Wholesale partners agree to represent Color Your Soul Whole products in a professional and respectful manner consistent with our brand values.

Altering, reproducing, or rebranding our products or materials is strictly prohibited.

Copyrighted designs, text, and artwork remain the exclusive property of Color Your Soul Whole.

8. Liability

Once books are delivered, the retailer assumes all responsibility for the storage, display, and safe handling of products.

Color Your Soul Whole is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or misuse of products once received by the retailer.

Retailers are responsible for compliance with local business, sales tax, and resale laws.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

Any outstanding payments must be completed within 10 business days of termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All written content, illustrations, and designs in Color Your Soul Whole products are copyrighted and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Agreement

By placing a wholesale order or signing a wholesale contract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
